Important Information Before Returning

1. Contact Us First – Before sending any items back, please email us at service@Costume-Craft.com to obtain return authorization. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
   
   
2. Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
   
   
3. Refund Amount – We refund only the cost of the item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
   
   
4. Refund Processing Time – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-6 business days, depending on your payment provider.
   
   
5. Incorrect Orders by Customer – Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size, color, or product selection made by the customer.

Which Items Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on costume items within 15 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, without any damage or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

• Custom-made costumes
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered

Exchanges

1. We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
   
   
2. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Email Us – Contact service@Costume-Craft.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address once your return is approved.
   
   
2. Prepare the Package – Write your order number on a clean sheet of paper and include it inside the package with the item(s). Use the original packaging whenever possible.
   
   
3. Ship the Package – Use your local postal service or a standard mail carrier to send back the package. Share the tracking number with us once it has been shipped.
   
   
4. Processing Time – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-6 business days.
