PLACING AN ORDER
1. How can I check the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Registered users can log in to their account to check order status.
- Guest users will receive email updates regarding their order.
2. Are your items true to size?
Yes, our products are designed to be true to size. However, we recommend checking the detailed size chart available on each product page for the best fit.
3. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes size information. We suggest comparing the listed measurements with your own clothing to select the best fit.
Please note that "One Size" does not mean it fits all body types—it simply means the product is only available in that specific size.
4. Can I modify my shipping address or order details?
You can request changes before your order is shipped. Once your package has been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any modifications.

5. How can I cancel my order?
There are two types of order cancellations:
- Before shipment: We can help cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- After shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In this case, you can wait for the package to arrive and request a return for a refund. Please do not refuse the delivery, as undelivered packages may be discarded by the shipping carrier. If you refuse the package, we can only refund the item cost—shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Will the color of the item match what I see online?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen resolution, and camera settings, slight color variations may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards processed through PayPal, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
8. How do I pay with a credit/debit card?
- On the product page or in your shopping cart, click the "Buy with PayPal" button.
- In the pop-up window, select "Pay with Credit or Debit Card."
- Enter your payment details and complete your order.

9. When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Complex orders or special requests may require additional processing time.
10. How much does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the weight of your order. For detailed information, please refer to our [Shipping Policy].
11. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
12. Why isn’t my tracking information updating?
Tracking updates may be delayed when the package is in transit between facilities. Please allow a few days for new tracking activity to appear.
